Made by Google 2025 Conference Summary | The tenth anniversary of the Google Pixel..

Google's conferences for announcing its new devices, how to say it in a good, boring way, have always been boring, on the one hand the presentation itself and its quality, which is incomparable to Apple's conferences with superhuman effects and photography, and on the other hand, because we know almost everything about the devices before they are released.

This year marks a special anniversary, as Pixel devices complete 10 years since the first generation, so Google has hired a number of TV celebrities such as comedian Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Currie and others to present the conference and make it "special", and the truth is that it has become more "boring" than before, there are no tech conferences that are better than Apple's conferences.

Aside from all this, I know you won't watch the conference for an hour and a half of silly jokes, which is why I'm giving you everything that Google announced at its Made By Google 2025 conference.

Pixel 10

As the endless leaks have said, the Pixel 10 comes with improvements in the screen, as it has a Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection layer and comes with an improved brightness of 3000 nits.

The cheapest member of the Google Pixel 10 family also comes with a triple camera for the first time, a 48MP primary camera, a 12MP wide-angle camera, and finally the new 10MP telephoto camera and 5x optical zoom.

The primary camera comes with a lower sensor than the Pro version, and the wide-angle camera comes with a lower resolution compared to the Pixel 9, meaning you get a slightly lower but more comprehensive camera system, and I prefer this mixture to the dual camera mix in an $800 phone.

Google offers the Super Res Zoom feature, which allows the Pixel 10 to zoom up to 20x thanks to artificial intelligence, as well as it comes with an improved 4970 mAh battery,

30W wired charging, and 15W wireless charging with the new Pixel Snap technology, and we will come to mention it later.

The Pixel
10
comes with the new Tensor G5 processor, which comes with a 3nm architecture and Google says that it is 34% faster than the previous year, and 60% faster for AI tasks processed on the device.

The Tensor G5 processor is supposed to provide performance that rivals flagship processors such as the Apple A18 Pro and Snapdragon 8 Elite, and that's because Google has moved processor manufacturing from Samsung to industry-leading TSMC.

The Pixel 10 will be available in the following colors: black, cyan, blue, and green with 12 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of storage. At the same price as last year, $799 for the 128GB and $899 for the 256.

Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL

The Pixel 10 Pro doesn't carry major changes compared to last year or even a smaller version, apart from the new processor that each Pixel 10 series shares, the Pixel 10 Pro's battery comes with a capacity of 4870 mAh, which is 100 mAh smaller than the Pixel 10 despite being the same physical dimensions, due to the larger size of the cameras.

As for the Pixel 10 Pro XL, it comes with the largest battery in the family with a capacity of 5200 mAh, and it is also the only one that supports wired charging up to 45W and wireless charging up to 25W, Google says frankly if you want the best battery experience on you with the Pro XL.

Zoom up to 100x with AI

Although the Pro and Pro XL versions carry an optical zoom camera up to 5 times like their smaller brother Pixel 10, they carry a new feature called Pro Res Zoom that integrates AI capabilities to zoom up to 100 times.

Google has introduced the Super Res Zoom feature that provides up to 20x zoom, at first glance you may see it doing the same thing, zooming more with the help of smart technologies, but!

The new feature Pro Res Zoom uses generative AI to fill in the blanks in the image, meaning that you get an AI-edited copy of the original image, and this appears after shooting where you get two images, one without integrating AI capabilities and the other by merging them.

The Pixel 10 Pro will be available in the following colors and at the same prices as last year: $999 for the 16GB RAM version and 128GB storage, $1099 for the 16+256 version and $1219 for the 16+512 version.

The Pixel 10 Pro XL starts at $1199 — $100 more expensive but you get double the space — for the 16GB RAM and 256GB storage, and is priced at $1319 for the 16+512 version and $1549 for the 16+1TB version.

pixel 10 Pro Fold | Water resistance reaches for foldable phones!

This is Google's third attempt with foldable devices, and apart from the very long name of the device, it offers an exceptional feature this year, which is water and dust resistance with the IP 68 standard officially for the first time on a foldable phone.

In comparison, we find the Samsung Z Fold 7 with an IP 48 standard, which means that it is equal to the Pixel 10 Pro Fold in water resistance, but the pixel excels in dust resistance, as it got 6, which is the highest dust resistance in smartphones.

Pixel 10 Pro Fold comes with a new gearless hinge, which has allowed for dust resistance to this standard.

Google also says that the new joint is twice as strong as the previous generation, and did not give a figure about the lifespan of the number of folds for the joint like Samsung, which provides 200,000 folds.

Aside from the hinge and durability, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold comes with a larger 6.4-inch external display with a 60-120Hz refresh rate (like the regular Pixel 10 display) and a larger 8-inch internal display, like the Z Fold 7, and a 1-120Hz refresh rate like the Pixel 10 Pro.

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold comes with a triple camera system, the main with a resolution of 50 MP, a wide angle lens with a resolution of 48 MP, a telephoto zoom lens with a resolution of 48 MP, and a selfie lens with a resolution of 42 MP.
