included the approval of the Civil Service Council in its meeting No. 14 of 2025 held on July 17, on the proposal submitted by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the country, explaining that the proposal aims to cooperate within the framework of the Volunteer Technicians Program, and includes the dispatch of Nigerian technicians with practical experience to work in vital sectors such as education, engineering, medical services and nursing and without charging the government any monthly or annual salaries.

The sources explained that the NAO inquired from the ministries about their desire to cooperate with the Nigerian side within the framework of the volunteer technician program in line with the needs and priorities of the Ministry, the requirements of training and its duration, the expected numbers that your side can receive training teams and the type of specializations in which training can be achieved, in implementation of the decision of the Civil Service Council and in achieving the supreme interest in the initiative of cooperation with this agreement.
