A report in the Wall Street Journal on Saturday stated that America used robots to remove mines in the Strait of Hormuz.

The newspaper quoted officials as saying that a number of ships were able to cross the Strait of Hormuz after switching off their tracking devices, confirming that the US military coordinated with the ships that transited the strait.
