The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Kuwait's strong condemnation and denunciation of the Iranian attack on the territory of the Kingdom of Bahrain using a number of drones, in flagrant violation of its sovereignty, a direct threat to its security, stability, and the safety of its citizens and residents, and a clear breach of international law and the Charter of the United Nations. The Ministry affirmed that the continuation of these attacks, amidst regional and international efforts aimed at de-escalation and reducing tensions, represents a serious undermining of peace and stability efforts and a threat to the security and stability of the region.The Ministry reiterated the State of Kuwait’s firm and supportive stance towards the security and stability of the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain, and its full support for all measures taken by Bahrain to protect its sovereignty, security and territorial integrity.
