Alphabet's Google launched its new artificial intelligence model, "Gemini 3.7 Flash," on Thursday, designed to accelerate programming and automation processes, in a move aimed at strengthening its position in the global AI race.

The model is a low-cost option for businesses.

Google promoted the new model as a more cost-effective option for companies seeking to build autonomous AI systems capable of task planning, using software tools, and completing multi-step workflows with minimal human intervention.

The model is offered directly through the Gemini Spark service, available in over 160 countries.

Performance improvements and an introductory price point

were highlighted. Gemini 3.7 Flash was released just three weeks after Gemini 3.6 Flash, and the company confirmed that it demonstrated improvements in programming tasks such as debugging, problem-solving, and generating ready-to-use code.
