Two Kuwaiti Athletes Claim 3 Golds and 1 Silver at Qatar International Open Jiu-Jitsu Championship..

Kuwaiti brothers Ahmad and Khalid Al-Sharaf achieved an impressive haul of three gold medals and one silver medal at the Qatar International Open Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship hosted in Doha.

Khalid Al-Sharaf secured a gold medal in the Gi (Gray Belt) 34kg division and added a silver medal in the No-Gi (Gray Belt) category in the same weight class.

For his part, Ahmad Al-Sharaf claimed two gold medals - one in the Gi (Gray Belt) 27kg division and another in the No-Gi category at the same weight and belt level.

The players' father, Essa Al-Sharaf, told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Saturday that the championship, which concluded in Doha on Friday, featured elite professional competitors from numerous countries and attracted significant audience attendance.

Al-Sharaf emphasized the importance of participating in such tournaments for player development and achieving international accomplishments. Expressing pride in his sons' medal success, he pledged continued support to help them "reach global levels and achieve world-class accomplishments that will honor Kuwait."
