• Road construction, completion, and maintenance

• Stormwater drainage systems

• Integrated infrastructure networks

Project Details & Objectives

Traffic & Urban Development:
"The project will enhance traffic flow, upgrade surrounding road networks, and expand local roads to accommodate anticipated urban expansion and population growth in adjacent areas," stated H.E. Al-Mashaan during Monday's press briefing. "It specifically targets congestion reduction and overall mobility improvement."

Infrastructure Modernization:
The initiative will:

Technical & Approval Process

1. Design Phase Completion:

   • Conducted topographic field surveys

   • Received approvals from all utility service ministries

   • Soil layer analysis completed by the Government Center for Testing & Research (Ministry of Public Works affiliate)

3. Tendering Process:

   • Central Tenders Committee formally notified

   • Technical evaluation and bid awarding completed

   • Final approval received from the State Audit Bureau
