The General Civil Information Authority announced on Sunday the launch of a new service within the "Hawiyati" digital identity application, enabling citizens and residents to add marine vehicle driving licenses to their digital wallet.

In an official statement, the Authority explained this initiative aligns with its digital transformation strategy to simplify access to official documents. The new feature allows users to:

• Electronically display their marine driving licenses

• Eliminate the need to carry physical copies

Key Benefits:
✓ Digital verification of boating licenses
✓ Reduced dependency on paper documents
✓ Enhanced convenience for maritime vehicle operators
