The Cooperative Insurance Company approved the Board of Directors' recommendation to increase the company's capital by distributing bonus shares to shareholders worth SAR 750 million. According to the company's statement on Tadawul, the nominal value of the capital before the increase was SAR 1.5 billion, and will increase to SAR 2.25 billion after the increase, representing a 50% increase. The number of shares before the increase was 150 million, and will increase to 225 million shares after the increase, by distributing one share for every two shares held by shareholders.
